Collaboration is constant within and across teams and you feel supported by those you work with. Leadership takes into account feedback from all teams/levels, so as an employee, you feel heard.

Cons

There are not many opportunities to come together as a company in person.

Good leadership team and flexible schedule. A diverse working environment, with a lot of women on very supportive teams.

Cons

Turnover is rapid especially in the marketing of new products. Revamping the marketing and sales team as the marketing is inconsistent.
