- Smart, fun, hardworking coworkers and colleagues - Supportive and inclusive CEOs / leadership / management - Extremely exciting being part of a fast growing company with a product that is still very new to many schools - Great mission and values - Never a dull moment

Cons

- Growing Pains. Be ready for change. Often. Processes change constantly. Often times we are still "figuring out the process" while the process has already been launched.

Work from home Flexible hours Unlimited time off Awesome team (absolutely no dead-wood) Medical benefits are second to none. The business objectives are to help people. The work is very fulfilling as a result.

Cons

Culture is very liberal politically speaking. Conservatives have to keep a low profile about anything political and stomach the liberal bias they may be exposed to.
