Trainers are nice and helpful There is free coffee in the break room (Not that marketers get much use out of it)

To work here you have to drink the kool aid. You have to buy into the idea that you are being done a favor for having this job and that you have infinite growth. This, of course, is nonsense! Most people never bonus, with bonuses being relatively achievable but out of reach. Base pay is less than minimum wage (van managers make minimum wage exactly) and the management and CEO make it sound like you should praise them for even giving you that. The CEO is an awkward coke addict who exploits his workers and calls them losers if they don't meet unrealistic goals consistently. Completely full of himself too, almost unbearable! Most employees here are openly homophobic or racist and seem to be proud of their complete ignorance. Avoid working here if you have a semblance of self-respect, or have better full-time options.
