Good energy, great upside if you can get appointments, think “wolf of wall street” of the home exterior culture

Cons

No matter the weather you are going to work outside, repeat territory, door to door marketing is not for the weak

Pros

The chance for genuine, upward mobility with good work ethic and dedication. This is a great company where you can plant your roots, grow a career and make good money if you're willing to put in the work and care into your efforts. You get to work with lots of great people, the sense of community is palpable, people generally look out for each other and work to better one another, akin to family. Upper management is down to earth and approachable if you ever have questions, concerns or what have you, you can always count on them regardless of the department. Company-sponsored gatherings and big end-of-year trip are a huge plus (except during the pandemic, of course)

Cons

Given all the pros, this is still a professional business, one that's growing exponentially, so if you're expecting easy work then respectfully this may be the wrong place for you. The work can sometimes be difficult and challenging but your work ethic, dedication and attitude are what will shine a light on you, whether positive or negative is up to you. We work hard so we can play hard.
