It has a lot of comradery, activities for employees throughout the year, solid benefits, fair pay if you do the work.
Cons
David Lupton is a petty child the moment his actions come into question. Chris Edward's thinks that if you're having a hard time in your position and have a low sales month, it's because you're not "working hard enough". They both play favorites and it's essentially a fraternity in almost all the worst ways.
