Very unethical HR department and hiring process

Pros

Can portray themselves as a progressive professional organization

Cons

Very opposed to diversity and prone to racial comments. Unorganized and sometimes unethical hiring practices. Not a great HR department. Only provide flexibility and work/life balance to people they like.

Pros

If you're in the right group, you will have exposure to and be able to work on the latest technologies. If you work hard, there is opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Company is managed and employees are treated differently region to region. No annual reviews for employees and salary increases for the hands on consultants are few and far between.

Pros

Good place to work, lots to learn but must be self motivator. Most of the time working autonomously, however the amount of engineering talented available is amazing when under a difficult task.

Cons

Lack of deeper upper management interaction with staff. Middle management on par. Decision making issues due to over management. Seems to push more product than service. Segregation of sales and delivery teams causes issues.
