Business Outlook
Pros
The variety. Working with a school district one week, a Fortune 500 company the next, followed by a small business or government agency - each with different need and environments is something I love. Mix in the more than occasional day with nothing going on makes this an ideal job for me.
Cons
The clients who need us most either have funding, management, or personality issues. That means a lot of the work we do is with difficult people who don't have enough money to do what they want and didn't set realistic time frames for when they want it done in. It would be nice to say "lets fire all of the bad customers", but unfortunately our job is to fix them instead.
