      Pros

      Presidio has great people to work with who care about you, The strategic vision and investments are aligning with the future of technology and it clients can see it. The strategy is clearly working and validated as all OEM partners are so excited to be working with the Presidio team. The expansive array of products and services that Presidio offers allows lots of career growth in any direction. From Public Cloud, Data Center, Cybersecurity to custom IoT solutions offers the are so many options for employees. Management is inspiring and energetic and super supportive. Being part of the growth and involved in the strategy is very fulfilling. Might be the last place I work.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is Hard. Current Systems can be outdated and inefficient, though improving.

      Pros

      A well known and established company.

      Cons

      Bad interview process and flow. They will pump you up like it's going great and ask you fill out their application. Then, you wait but they never status you about the position. An email saying we thank you for your time would have been just fine..kinda of like what good companies do.

      Pros

      Not micro managed. Engineers at the local offices were awesome and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not micro managed = no communication with my direct management AT ALL. No communication between offices. Definitely saw some favoritism. Office I was at had no direction, upper management in the office I was at. Disorganized!
