terrible culture just sales people and back office no goal congruence huge pay differences - the employees who came into the company to die are better off if you want to work you can work and if you don’t want to work that is fine too terrible and disrespectful management no support from management, IT etc. monkey work - no best practices or anything close the office sucks

Terrible management , absolutely NO training dollars , Sales Team only capable of selling Route Switch quick and easy, Clueless about Infrastructure. Only a good job if you drink beer with management. Denied training EACH and EVERYTIME it was requested ..... denied conferences such as AWS and VmWare each and every time ....... they only spend money on the members of the Solutions Architect team , or the Sales teams to go have fun in Vegas !
