      A bunch of smart people here

      Pros

      Presidio's very large engineering resources (about 1/2 of the ~2400 employees are in an IT engineering roll). Expectations are they all are highly skilled and certified in their areas of expertise. Great to know as a Sr. Account Manger that all these smart people have my back!

      Cons

      Some of the valued employees leave for "greener grass ($$)" only to find they had it better at Presidio and many times return. This creates some confusion with the customer base...but glad they came back.

      Opportunity to learn many things, and many ways to get things done.

      Cons

      Still a growing, maturing organization. More emphasis on standards, proper processes and procedures needed. Okay place to learn, but not necessarily a long-term career.

      Cons

      They only care about revenue and EIBITA. Overworked employees struggling with a huge workload. All departments are on a "budget" with no help or support. I've seen this first hand in Sales, HR, Engineering, and Corp Services. Be wary. Ask them about their turnover.
