      Remote work available. Work is good unless you get a terrible manager.

      Cons

      It's just like anywhere else. The people make the party. If you're on a good team then it's fine.

      Pros

      Work from home. Office some. Networking Support - got to work on a lot of different equipment Learned a lot.

      Cons

      NO regular raises for anyone, unless you threaten to quit. Management gives themselves raise even when they are losing money/making bad decision that lead to losing money. Very adversarial, Every department is in conflict with others. The Leadership is very Catty. Its like there trying to score points or something. Some of the worst Technical people get promoted to leadership. Then you see some of the worsted decision made. I've heard time and time again from management that you don't need much experience to be in leader and run a IT firm. Mostly, from people who have little real IT experience.

      Salary Flex PTO Company vehicle

      Cons

      No direction. Most technicians are up there in age, and they just want to terminate panels most of the time, and leave the rest to the younger technicians. Management at this company is lacking.
