      Valuable mentorship but a toxic club mentality

      Pros

      There is a wealth of knowledge, talent, and valuable mentorship from leaders here if you are lucky enough to get paired up with one.

      Cons

      There is a club at this place. If you are looking here to see what the company is like, you are not in that club and never will be. If you don’t start rising in the ranks pretty quickly at Presidio, you need to start looking elsewhere, as that is their signal you are never moving from where you are.

      A paycheck with benefits is about all there is.

      Cons

      There is no culture except the good ol boy team at this company. Constant turnover. They would rather lay people off than utilize talent across the company. Incestuous company starting right with Bob Cagnazzi and it extends to his circle. An employee used a naked picture of himself for his avatar on teams only for HR to do NOTHING because he was part of the inner circle.
