Cons
I've never worked at a company that was so hard to sell. The internal conflicts and finger pointing of who does what job is prohibitive to selling. There isn't a sales process or flow. No one is held accountable to any metric other than gross profit, so nothing is repeatable or learnable. It takes 6 months to get paid on deals closed.
