      The direct team works very well together. Good options for training/up-skilling.

      Cons

      Processes and operations are still developing. Unclear growth and development path. Almost everything, related to your growth, depends on your line manager, which makes it super subjective and uncontrollable. A lot of overworking due to immature management.
