It is a great environment with many people who have had years in the industry to provide trainings. If you have the right work ethic and attitude, there is great professional and financial growth.

Cons

It is a very competitive market, and there can be a lot of pressure to hit metrics.

Management does not micromanage. 1.5 hour lunch with 3:00 Fridays. Chance to earn work from home. Great people and culture

Cons

commission could be better. saturated industry. make sure to listen to your front line employees and their suggestions.

Pros

Flexible hours. You can work from home after sometime with the company. Competitive pay with bonuses. It's a place where people with character and charisma can succeed and profit. Still a growing company which means chances for promotion. Just don't expect to be promoted in a few weeks or months, like some people believe they should these days. I noticed some reviews said the Health insurance is expensive and crap. They haven't worked very many places to see just how expensive it is.

Cons

It is not a job for everyone. Some people that are promoted are promoted because of their length with the company as well as job performance, but they don't always make for good leaders.
