Pros

Have worked here for almost two years and love it: clearly outlined goals that are achievable, lots of opportunities for growth and promotion, a generous commission structure, a value-driven culture, and awesome and friendly coworkers -- my boss is incredible (fun, supportive, knowledgeable, approachable)

Cons

Need to be ready to put in the work and time to succeed, as with any job

Best training in the Business

Pros

The best training in the business. Their Executive Management all came from Stride & Associates / TechSystems and basically took a model that works, but tweaked it to 21st century recruitment. They are truly a supportive team, and never ask you to do anything they wouldn't do themselves.

Cons

At the time I was there, they really didn't have a good compensation plan for recruiters. Account Management / Sales was where the money was so you almost felt forced down that path. I believe they have finally changed that structure now.
