Pros

Unlimited coffee for staffs. Location is fine.

Cons

Pay is very less. The company do not pay for bank holiday or sunday premium pay. All they give is about 15 cents more per hour than minimum wage and that's all. Always understaffed. Higher officials comes almost everyday and always complains about every small issues. Very unsatisfactory work place.

Pros

Great quality food and products. Everything is well organized, with clear guidelines and training provided to employees. The company has strong operational standards and good overall organization.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment felt toxic. Some colleagues were disrespectful towards each other, made discriminatory comments, and often spoke negatively about one another. Communication within the team could sometimes involve raised voices or a rude tone, which made the workplace feel uncomfortable.
