      Pros

      They are a bigger company.

      Cons

      They got big inorganically (by acquisition with private capital). So they're focused on the short term at the expense of the long term. They also bit hard into the ESG scheme and can't course correct without losing face.

      it is a place to work

      Very, very dirty facility. Not a mask available on the job site. Lots of racism and only certain people talk to certain people -- like they are in kindergarten. If people talk, they usually are abusive and say offensive things. I have seen a machine operator touch a new worker's butt. Just yesterday instead of a coworker saying 'excuse me" they just shoved me off the side so they could walk through. Trainers and supervisors do not follow the printed SPRs.
