      Pros

      There is a lot to learn, as in years of learning if one is capable and inclined.

      Cons

      Management is very junior. This leads to many issues on the Production floor. It also leads to "blame games" off of the floor rather than problems just being resolved by a team.

      Work life balance horrible, no growth , horrible management , sexism, racism and favoritism was very much part of this specific plant
