      Poor management; poor communication and support from Corporate; great at assigning blame but inept in terms of helping you to solve problems. Little interest in employee wellbeing, growth or satisfaction. Company is highly driven to reduce compensation and creates turnover to do so, regardless of impact. A lot of nepotism...
