      None. This company doesn't care about employees.

      Cons

      Everyone is too worried about people's personal business and who talks to who. Employees get away with threatening other employees if they've been there long enough. You get in trouble for getting water and are told you are stealing company time. They took away quarterly bonuses and POW bonuses. Took away some paid holidays. Supervisors lie on employees yo cover their lack of management.

      Pros

      They are a bigger company.

      Cons

      They got big inorganically (by acquisition with private capital). So they're focused on the short term at the expense of the long term. They also bit hard into the ESG scheme and can't course correct without losing face.
