      Overall, not the worst Job I've had.

      Pros

      They will negotiate pay during interview. They are very professional. Their HR dept is very helpful.

      Cons

      You will never receive the pay raises they promise and they promise a lot. If you work there for a long time; the new hires will be hired at a higher rate than your current (even if you're their lead).
