It is a good company to use as a starting stepping stone only.

Cons

Underpaid, non-competitive pay, high turnover due to overworking underpaid employees. Executives care only about numbers and do not care about patient satisfaction or employees.

-Provide high-quality dental care to underserved patients in the community using up-to-date equipment and materials. -Work with highly motivated, mission-driven care teams made up of dental, medical, behavioral health and pharmacy providers. -Generous compensation, PTO and other benefits.

Cons

None! Having worked in multiple other practice settings, I can say I have never left work feeling more fulfilled than I do now that I work for PHC.
