Working with people. ... I was gonna leave it at that if it'd let me. Starting out is always the hardest part. Took me a while before I started doing well. Memorizing product and system knowledge is half and social selling skills is the other. This isn't even necessarily a con... -an overwhelming amount of knowledge to learn upfront... And to be molded to sell. That's why you get $12/hour for the first couple months. - depending on who you're working with: unforgiving hours - dealing with everyone else's screw ups.
