Work hands on with the latest technology in the cellphone industry and stay current with new device launches.

Cons

Constant policy changes, unrealistic performance expectations, and unstable scheduling create high stress and poor work life balance. Pay is above minimum wage but not truly livable, and excessive micromanagement leads to unnecessary coaching and pressure.

You can definitely make good money here. Seen commission as high as $5k per month plus the hourly ($15) added on top as a sales rep.

Cons

Don’t get used to the commission structure, it’ll change in a few months. Sometimes better sometimes worse. And no upper leadership cares to help. They “care” but don’t. Only when it begins to affect their check. Don’t expect immediate help tho.
