Pay is ok if your good, The employees I had were pretty relax. The DM was a good person. Relax environment on some days.

Cons

Only way to hit there sales targets is to do Fraud. Especially if your in a slower area. Higher ups with tell you your gonna get a raise/promotion and then say they cant do it anymore. Upper management also wants you to do fraud so they can hit there goals. But will use words like play in a gray area.
