Pros

Flexible scheduling you meet talented sales people as well as developing sales skills. Get to work with constantly changing technologies

Cons

They short staff managers , Had a store a constantly ranked in top 3 of Market with only two employees. There were managers with just one employee ! Rep commission is terrible !!! If they miss their goal by just one unit they get 0% of their commission, The company already takes such a big cut but the greed it takes to take it all is horrible. Would take me hours to write about all the bad things with this company stay away and work for a Corporate telecom company not an authorized retailer.

Pros

If you’re okay with a lower hourly pay, it’s easy. You sit around for most of the day, and the locations are kept at minimal staffing so when there is a spike in volume be prepared for angry customers.

Cons

Upper management is extremely rude to any employee who does not hit their numbers. Insults and cuss words are customary on the numerous conference calls you’re forced to participate in. Even when employees would schedule time off they still had to log in and participate in the calls. Very throw you to the wolves environment, someone will very quickly show you something and then expect you to pick it up immediately and run with it. There are the good employees who end up there and make it worthwhile, but there are also the not so good employees who make it more unbearable.

Pros

most immediate management is great, store managers and DMS. but that varies by store and district.

Cons

if you don't keep track of your sales, you will get robbed of your commission. i have to literally write down each sale i do and triple check everything once my commission report comes out to make sure im getting all my commission, i still get shorted each and every time theres a new report. everything is paid through at&t and the millionaire higher ups and ceos will do nothing to fill in the gap of missing commissions. and if there are any discrepancies in your comission, it will take them FOREVER to give you your money. im still waiting for comission missing from june.. and were in october. if you have ANY other options for jobs, take it. this is literally a last resort. best of luck. if i could give half a star as a rating, thats what i would do.
