Not many , only having down time because store is very slow

Managers want too much from you but they don’t offer proper training. Very unprofessional. Managers use vape on sales floor as well as THC. Poor hygienic coworkers. District manager is fake and racist. No work life balance. Pay is terrible for the amount of work you do. Please stay far away from this place, future employees and customers. PS Managers commit fraud and are still allowed to work there. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVERSITY

Easy work with good pay, but shifting goals hurt earnings

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
