Pros

Ability to make decent money. Casual dress code

Cons

Low pay high work load. Managers must work 6 days a week. Micromanagement. All good employees end up leaving to corporate att or better jobs. How this company handled covid-19 was greedy keeping stores open without hazard or cleaning supplies/ proper mask.

Pros

There are no pros to work for this company.

Cons

They expect you to be 100% happy you have a job. They don’t care about health risks. It’s all about the buck. Commission is almost impossible to get and constantly changing. No overtime and no appreciation unless you’re in head office. They will tell you they care but do not show it.

Pros

Pay is great That’s it.

Cons

You’ll be working alone mostly Takes months to get a discount , which I never got after 7 months of working there . You’re expected to lie to customers to make a sale. Breaks barely exist, you’ll be micro managed the entire time when upper management FINALLY decided to show up to the store. The “commission “ sucks. Would not recommend
