Pros

Prime Communications is well-organized and offers a structured training experience for those looking to grow into leadership roles. The company provides excellent learning opportunities through detailed training modules, in-store shadowing, and consistent support from experienced managers. One of the standout aspects of working here is the culture—it encourages initiative, and leadership is genuinely open to feedback. I personally shared a training improvement proposal during my program, and it was welcomed with enthusiasm and support, which really reflects the collaborative mindset of the company. Beyond the training, the overall work environment is very positive. Whether you're working with your in-store team or connecting with colleagues online, the team spirit is strong. It’s the kind of place where you feel excited to come to work and grow with the people around you.

Cons

Since it’s a retail environment, customer flow can be unpredictable, so you may not always get hands-on experience with every type of transaction during the training period. And because Prime is AT&T’s largest authorized retailer, implementing a sandbox-style training environment could be a valuable step toward preparing future sales leaders and managers more effectively. While all training content is detailed and informative, much of it is text-heavy. Making the experience more interactive—through videos with narration and built-in quizzes—could help ensure trainees stay engaged and retain key information throughout the learning process.
