Pros

Out of any company I have ever worked for, Prime offers the best road map to move up. The programs they offer provide invaluable information that helps become a better leader and an overall better person. The new Lift program helps sales reps get into management, ELEVATE is a fantastic program to become a District manager. And Strive is a program available to anyone that helps in every aspect of life. This is the only company I know of that you can become a district manager within 3 years. If you are looking for a career path, Prime is a great fit!

Cons

The commission structure does change quite a bit. It takes some adaptability to pivot and continue to make a consistent commission as a rep. It is more consistent as a manager

Pros

This program offers you many different ways to be successful. Whether it be from learning time management, to delegating tasks or even just working on your emotional intelligence this program goes over the specifics of what right looks like.

Cons

The only downside is that the trainings felt too fast paced, I wasn’t able to fully take in specific trainings that I would have loved to get a little more insight on.
