Pros

There is no pro at all.

Cons

• Integrity doesn’t exist here — employees are pressured to lie to customers just to hit shady sales goals. • Store managers push deceptive practices — you’re expected to force products and services people didn’t ask for, or risk being reprimanded. • Toxic top-down culture — managers contribute nothing, spend their day on their phones, then turn around and humiliate employees with “coaching conversations.” • Your values will be tested daily — if you believe in honesty, this place will crush your soul. • You’re a puppet for numbers — they don’t care about customers or employees, just upsells and add-ons. • Leadership by intimidation — instead of support, expect blame, gaslighting, and being thrown under the bus. • Morally exhausting — prepare to feel guilty for doing your job the way they demand it. If you’re someone who values your dignity, wants to solve real problems, and actually make people’s lives better — stay far away. This job will make you question your own ethics. People who are working there should feel guilty feeding their families with money earned by deceiving others.

Pros

I would be lying if I said a good thing about Prime Communications

Cons

Pay comp changes every 6 months. It's fun when I suddenly do not know how I get paid. "Smart hours" hours got slashed thanks to AI scheduling. I was working 38 hours now I work 22 hours. Upper management has a big stick up their you know where

Pros

The only pros to this job is the sick days.

Cons

Structure is non existent. They expect you to work even off the clock. Managers do not pick candidates for hire some one in recruiting does and they do a horrible job at it. If it’s slow they expect you to come out with the numbers any way
