Pros

No qualifications needed, I've seen them hire people straight out of high school. You make decent money for the work you put in. They have decent benefits as well.

Cons

You're quality of life will solely depend on your management. Direct management and your district management will pretty much make or break the job, this is why you see such mixed reviews on the company. The pay plan changes very often, up to three times a year and each time you seem to get paid a little less on individual items you sell. What the pay plan is now was is nowhere near what it was three years ago when I started.

Pros

Does not require physical labor

Cons

Commission plans are designed in such a way that if you dont hit your goal, you will not get paid any commission for the time and effort you spent with every customer, creating an aggressive and unethical culture where employees may feel inclined to add services the customer did not request in order to get paid their commissions. Of course, the money you earned will instead get paid to the company profits.

Pros

Money may be good if your in the right location.

Cons

Look if you ever heard stories of bad sales job Prime Communications fill all that and more. Their commission structure will change on a dime to squeeze you out and they will write you up for chargebacks aka a customer leaves ATT in a sixth month time frame. TV sales are a joke at best depending on the area They don't know how to teach without making you look bad and they demand so much from you. Keep in mind the higher management does talk about you and will use your picture to show bad behavior to embarrass you. This company is sick and I don't see it getting any better. Better to find something else before you invest too much time into it.
