Good money sometimes. Poor organization within the company

Cons

You work off commission, but when I was there.. if you didn’t hit your 25-30 premium minimum a month you don’t get paid, and the checks are not distributed until 2 months after the sales are made. If people cancel lines and you drop below your min…. You don’t get the check you were needing. They only pay like $12-13 for an hourly wage.. who can get by on that these days?
