An absolute joke

Pros

Discounts on AT&T products and services

Cons

I've never seen a company work so hard to avoid paying their employees. The commission structure changed 3-4 times yearly and every time it got worse, the hourly pay is unlivable, the commission cycle is 2 months so there's a huge delay in you getting your pay, and your commission can be altered in that time so you get paid even less. Terrible company culture, terrible benefits, terrible pay structure, some of the highest turnover rates I've ever seen in a company, I would never work for them again.

Pros

Pay is decent, room for growth, usually team oriented environment,

Cons

Some management is not aware of what is going on, not always helpful in getting answer to questions, no dedicated HR department to speak with on the phone. All done by email, sometimes there are penalties to not hitting goals like not selling enough internet cuts your commission into about a third. not a huge problem for a decent seller, but it still seems like bad practice. Internet should have nothing to do with how much of everything else I sold

Pros

Our store is slow so I can sit in the corner and play games.

Cons

Management wants us to write fake google reviews. It’s not even my first week And management is asking me to write fake reviews, I have seen constant lying to customers about what we are able to handle and not handle in store, no disclosures are given to customers when it comes to monthly bills or phone cost, things are kind of just added. The district Manager Patrick will not allow you to call off sick and forced employees to come to work with severe flu symptoms.
