Pros

Company rewards top sellers and works hard to support when they can.

Cons

Consistently promoting top sellers rather than evaluating what good leadership looks like leaves the field with very little good talent. Consistently asks leadership to work 24/7 and they have no sense of a work/life balance. Local leadership can either make or break your career here.

Pros

Good commission if you can hit the goals, do it ethically and get your team to do the same.

Cons

Management allows low-performers to stay in the company far too long and they drag down your store because it is “too hard to find people”. Your pay is 80% of the time lower than the sales reps especially with shifting pay structure every quarter it feels like. Corporate management is pre-dominantly whitewashed & the owner is so far distant from the company that each district is ran by a pompous boss who’s only desire is to go up in the ranks and will get your team to commit fraud to do so. The presidents trip is a joke when they say 3 days what they actually mean is 1 day of traveling 2 days of vacation and 1 day of traveling back home. Not to mention it is mainly held for the corporate pomposity folk who did little to no help for your specific team.

Pros

benefits are fairly solid, hourly wage isnt all that bad, under the right management the job isnt so bad

Cons

unfortunetly in my time there ive came across many things from being robbed, to anti semetic bosses and everything inbetween they also look for the next method to be able to cheat employees out of commission and try to get you to slam lines and promote fraud. they also frequently make you work off the clock
