      • Employee Perks (Cheap wireless service, discounted accessories) • Commission Checks • Upward movement in the company (if you can be mobile at any given moment)

      Cons

      • No set schedule (but that comes with every retail job) • Too many metrics that reps do not get paid on • Commission check is heavily taxed • Highly questionable 'sales practices' encouraged by every tier of management • Off-site and on-site training are borderline terrible • Constantly changing commission structure • Stress of hitting your numbers
