Laid back job and not to bad of a schedule. Aside from store being open till 8. I'd like to close at 7.

Cons

Customers can be a pain and you will want to throat chop them some times

Commission structure has improved. Upper leadership is about progress

Cons

Local leadership is completely disrespectful of your off-time. Scheduling mandatory conference calls/trainings. Getting written up for things that are beyond your control, no accountability.
