Pros

When you do well, you earn well... You earn a great commission and respect from your peers and managers. It's great if you really need the money and can excel in sales regardless of your environment. Also, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

Cons

If your not on top, you're nothing... You are talked down to, treated like you're either invisible, or a nuisance/idiot. If you don't comply with every ridiculous request, you're not a "team player". Ex: working the next morning (without pay) after being notified the night before at 10:30pm, or participating in a conference call on your off-day without notice or pay. Just expect that you're signing away your dignity and life when you sign up with Prime, or they'll find a way to get rid of you if you "make waves" about it.

Pros

The best part of working for this company was my sales team. They were always motivated to sell.

Cons

Benefits and vacation time were non existent. I was forced to work a 6 day schedule with no overtime pay. As a manager I still had to meet quota to receive any kind of payout. And the 3 times a day conference calls were ridiculous. I basically lived at work. Even on my "off" day I was required to stay on call.

Pros

Easy job to get, training is thorough, always hiring due to ridiculous turnover.

Cons

Prime doesn't follow at&t's rules for customer interaction. Be prepared to lie, solicit constantly, and work for free. Commission is great when you can get it, but way too much hassle for the pay. No work life balance. You will be constantly called and/or forced to attend mandatory conference calls on your day off...and you will be micromanaged to no end. Even in front of customers. If they don't want some product or feature, it's your fault 100‰ of the time. Stay far away from this company!
