Great pay. Lot of advancement opportunity. Excellent if you are hungry for money.

Cons

Company does not care if you are a slow location. You will be expected to work 24/7 no matter what the situation. Vacations mean nothing because you are still expected to work with no pay on these vacations.

Executive Management makes decision with knee jerk reactions. They don't think about cause and effect on the Company and employees. They will try something even if everyone tells them not and then after much wasted time and effort they will change their minds again.
