Pros

Definitely has a family environment vibe with this company. There are a lot of hard-working individuals that will push you to your fullest potential, or at least help you explore your potential. There is also plenty of room for advancement, you just have to want it. This is going to sound cliche, but hard work really does pay off.

Cons

With this business being ever changing, the communication could be better. Across all levels of employment.
