Pros

Good pay, friendly atmosphere, great learning and growing experience for all. Great training initiatives through the company, as well as motivational contests to earn more or even win a vacation.

Cons

Goals can sometimes be hefty, but it seems they have found a balance. Understaffed in some locations and at times when could use more empoyees.

You make your Pay Check , ease of access to management and relationships with home office team members, learnig while you earn, Continuous training, Team atmosphere with co workers at all levels, Work - life balence, in centives large and small.

Cons

I have worked for large and small corporations in the last 20 years. CONS are present in all establishments. I will say that in the last 5 years I have not had too many that I am willing to complain about.
