* Pay is good * Opportunities for advancement * Build great relationships with great people * You will learn how to run a business better than ever after working here * Fun events like company retreats, "Pinnacle," and vendor sponsored events

Cons

* IT is a big issue * Training needs improvement, but in their defense, we are growing so fast that we need to adjust our training program * Benefits could be cheaper and cover more * Constantly connected at the manager level

I am the store manager at a location. The company is great. Very well organized and pushes you to grow as an indiviual and always room to move up. Always extra ways to make more money and i couldnt ask for a better DM and regional manager. The company is by far the best company i have ever worked for and look forward to the years to come to grow with them.
