Pros

Get retail experience, learn about what you don't want to do the rest of your life

Cons

Pay is awful compared to industry average, management sucks as half the managers are garbage. FAVORITISM. Very good ol boys club feel as if you aren't of middle eastern descent or get in good with someone higher up that you already know or likes you off the bat, you'll wait years before you are promoted, even if you deserve it

Pros

Flexible schedule, great for students. Depending on the location of your store, you can make decent money on commission.

Cons

Poor management. Unattainable sales goals. Little opportunity for growth. Pressure to make sales to the point of crossing unethical boundaries of discretion with customers about their services with AT&T. Frankly, a sexist work environment with very few women in leadership roles.
