Pros

Prime Controls is easily the best company that I have ever worked for. It's a fast growing company that still upholds the small company/family environment. I enjoy coming to work every day.

Cons

I really can't think of any "cons" to this company. The office staff is a very kind and teamwork oriented group of people. The people that hold leadership positions in this company are great leaders, and always there if need anything.

Pros

You might get a correct paycheck once out of every ten times. Be sure that management will walk up and down the hallways singing about who they are going to fire today. Plus they have plenty of racial jokes to go around.

Cons

Most of the staff has little to no idea what is really going on from day to day. There are numerous illegal activities taking place on a daily basis.
