      Pros

      Working at Prime Power has been one of the best work experiences I've ever had! Although the environment is very face-faced & can be stressful at times, you always get your full support from your teammates, other departments, & management. They have a Team of highly smart & dedicated people. The CEO is very supportive & always look after the best interests of her employees. They don't just treat you as a number here. The only reason why I left is because I had to move to another state. This is a very good place to work for!!!

      Cons

      I really cannot think of anything, but probably provide some or more technical training to employees. There's really nothing bad to say about this company.

      Pros

      Passion- The passion of everyone working here is infectious. A win for one person is a win for everyone. Teamwork- It is truly a team environment. If anyone needs help, you merely need to ask and it is granted, but not in a way that makes you feel belittled. Flexibility- They are willing to work with your schedule so that you are able to accomplish a high level of work-life balance. Management really puts the health and welfare of their employees as a high priority. PPSI is an awesome place to work!

      I don't really have any cons other than maybe let people go that don't do their job well in a more timely manner.

      Pros

      Plenty of work, no day is the same as yesterday. There’s people that’ve been working here for decades, most techs are here to stay. Family atmosphere. You will enjoy working here if you desire to become an asset. Individual mindset may set you on the wrong path over here.

      Cons

      I like to work overtime so if you want a 40 hr work week, that may not work for you. Haven’t seen anything worth mentioning cons. If you work well with various personalities, you’ll enjoy it here. If you don’t, learn how to, it’s not always the company, sometimes it’s our own flaws we cannot see.
