Pros

Good pay and benefits, some truly fantastic people who really care about their work and its impact. Easy to move within the company, interesting and meaningful work, participates in a lot of activities that support our communities.

Cons

Two years ago I would have given Prime a 4 or 5 rating. I'm not sure where the company values went. No focus on development, little accountability, bad decisions. The company has lost some good leaders and what used to make it a special place to work.
