      Nepotism in the ranks, inability to create collaboration, leadership oblivious to their faults

      Pros

      Genuinely nice people nice people in the Sr director and below ranks. Work life balance is great because management doesn't expect you to do anything more than you are asked.

      Cons

      Nepotism by senior leadership related to promotions and engaging in turf wars. Smaller leadership group doesn't translate into a more agile, accountable or collaborative effort.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Good pay. Great vacation. Lots of work life balance flexibility. Easy to work from home. Minimal office politics and back stabbing relative to other companies I have worked at.

      Cons

      Pretty low functioning org. Employee skillets are all pretty bad across all levels and roles. Not a great place if you are looking for a high-performing environment.

      Don't Touch The Compliance Department

      Pros

      Good benefits, good overall company.

      Cons

      The company as a whole was great. The Compliance Department, in short, was a disaster. Senior Leadership was a disaster, employees were constantly being threatened, and half of the department was constantly trying to leave. In my time in the department, approximately 10 people up and quit because of the issues they were having with management. I was there for approximately 1 month before I realized I needed to get out immediately!
