This company is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Expectations were ridiculous for not enough compensation. They rushed people to decide if they wanted to take the job offer only to lay off 6-8 people randomly in the middle of the day 2 months later due to “budget cuts” and kicked us out of the system in under 5 minutes as if we were some sort of cyber hackers. Disgusting! Then rushed you to send back the LOADS of equipment they sent out “ASAP”. No consideration for employees whatsoever. Ppl left their jobs quickly only for Prime to lay them off in 2 months. A TIP: DONT HIRE OVER 30+ PPL IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT!! Distasteful. The company will reap what they sow.

High call volume, micromanagement, supervisors change every 3 months, although it is a work from home position, this company watches your every move. You can not get up for 60 seconds without the supervisor calling you to see where you are at. The telephone never stops ringing and I mean never. The company uses Microsoft Teams Chat, to monitor you, so when you are not in Green Status, it means you are away from your desk. The pay is really low, the pay might be like 19 an hour in 2025, I made two or three dollars more than my co workers based on my experience.
