The company doesn't know what it is, or what it does. It's always trying to be something else, without investing in it's strengths. Lot of appeasing middle-managers who, when the executive team says, "Jump!" they scream, "Which shark?" because no one would dare tell a precious executive a better alternative to any of their requests.

Overtime, mandatory. No work life balance. If you're not glued to your computer you're awful They want you to go slow and not make any mistakes but then say you have to do x amount of work. No balance.
